Jasmine Judson is the heart behind ShaktiRize — a mother, mover, and mystic devoted to awakening the feminine through embodied practice.

What began as her own healing journey blossomed into a global movement. In 2013, Jasmine began sharing her signature fusion of rhythm-based dance, sacred ritual, and fierce feminine empowerment on the island of Maui.
With a background in holistic wellness, yoga, and leadership, Jasmine created ShaktiRize as a practice that doesn’t just move the body — it stirs the soul.
